Quickstart

claude.ai / Claude Desktop

Add Rilo as a custom connector - no terminal, no key.

claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect to Rilo through Claude's built-in connector settings. There is nothing to install and no API token to paste.

Add Rilo to Claude
  1. Click Add Rilo to Claude. Claude opens Customize → Connectors with Rilo and its endpoint prefilled.
  2. Review the connector details, then click Add.
  3. Click Connect, then complete Rilo's Google sign-in in the browser.
  4. Return to Claude and confirm Rilo shows as connected.

Verify the connection

Start a new conversation, enable Rilo from the tools menu, and ask:

Show my Rilo workspace overview.

The setup is complete when Rilo returns your workspace overview. A connector entry by itself does not prove that authentication and tool calls work.

Notes

  • The connector works in both claude.ai (web) and the Claude Desktop app - it is managed from Customize → Connectors.
  • On Team/Enterprise plans an Owner may need to add Rilo for your organization first.
  • If Claude says it could not register with Rilo's sign-in service, remove the connector and add it again. If the error persists, keep Claude's ofid_... support reference and contact Rilo support; do not create or paste an API token because Claude's connector cannot accept bearer headers.
  • The endpoint must end in /mcp:
https://growth-mcp.getrilo.ai/mcp
