Two credit prices, everything else free — how plans, credits, and top-ups work.
Rilo charges on two axes: a plan that buys the LinkedIn seats your agent works from, and credits that buy fresh data. 1 credit = 1¢, on every plan and every top-up.
Two prices
Credits are spent only when Rilo pulls something new from the outside world —
and only when it returns results. Zero-result searches, provider errors, and
sample=true previews are always free.

What's always free
Every other tool is 0 credits: sends, connection requests, InMail, sequences,
replies and inbox, analytics (analyze_outreach, get_outreach_volume),
CSV imports, lead-group management, knowledge, marks, and activity. Human
teammates are unlimited on every plan.

Rollover and top-ups
- Unused plan credits roll over, up to 2× your monthly amount. If your balance is already at that cap (for example right after a downgrade), a paid month can add 0 new credits until you spend back below it.
- Top-ups are $1 = 100 credits — the same rate as plans, no premium — with a $10 minimum, and they never expire.
- There is no overage billing. Nothing you or your agent does can create a surprise bill.
Running out
At zero balance, data tools pause with a soft out_of_credits error instead
of failing hard. Your agent is told exactly what happened and what still
works, and can call
get_billing_status with
topup_usd to fetch a Stripe payment link to hand to you. Credits land
automatically once payment confirms, and the paused tool call can simply be
retried.
